Iridato Office: A Bright and Functional Business Incubator

The Iridato Office is a three-floor space spanning over 700 sq. m. It is divided into different functional zones, including a working area, training rooms, meeting spaces, and a representative part. The design prioritizes open communication and collaboration, with a common work area for all employees. By removing isolation and fostering interaction, productivity is enhanced.

One of the standout features of the Iridato Office is the entrance area, which creates a futuristic and sterile ambiance. The predominance of pure white color and space station-inspired ceiling lighting contribute to this unique atmosphere. The wardrobe area is designed with an adapted residential module called Exiis, developed by Vadim Kondrashev, the chief architect of Archido.

The office also includes a special recreation area, known as the "buffer" zone, which is separated from the business area by an entire floor. This space provides an informal setting for executives and other staff members to interact. Climbing the spiral staircase, employees enter a cozy attic space with panoramic views of St. Petersburg, creating a relaxing and inspiring environment.

Archido faced several challenges during the design process. Since ready-made furniture solutions did not meet the complex needs of the space, they developed custom furniture from scratch. This allowed them to seamlessly integrate the furniture with the overall architecture, creating a cohesive and harmonious design.

The Iridato Office has received recognition for its outstanding design. In 2015, it was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious award honors designs that demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to improving quality of life.
